The Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon, chaired a periodic meeting for the affiliates of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department in the Presidency of the University and the officials of the Finance Division in the university’s faculties and institutes, in the presence of the formations inside Nineveh Governorate virtually for the formations outside Nineveh Governorate and in the presence of the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department in the Presidency of the University .

During the meeting, several issues were discussed, including:

1. Revenue maximization.
2. Balancing revenues and expenditures.
3. The Board of Directors of the Fund and its Powers.
4. Creation of administrative units.
5. Affiliates’ dues and disbursed them before the end of the year.
6. Develop future plans for construction.
7. Many accounting errors in formations.
8. Staff training.
