Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Administrative Technical College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sameer Taha Yassin, and within the scientific plan of the Department of Business Administration Techniques at the Administrative Technical College for the academic year 2021-2022, the Department of Business Administration Techniques organized and via the Google electronic platform meet a workshop entitled: “The reality of organizational capabilities in Iraqi organizations”.
The lecture was given by:
The assistant teacher Mahmoud Shaaban Khader, head of the Graduate Studies Division at the college, and was attended by a number of Iraqi university employees.
The workshop aimed to:

1. Identifying the availability of organizational capabilities in Iraqi organizations.
2. Providing organizations with the necessary recommendations to achieve excellence and distinction in their performance.
   The workshop topics included:

4. The importance of organizational capacity.
5. Characteristics of organizational capacity.
6. Components of organizational capacity.
   The workshop recommended the need to increase financial support for research and development centers in all its branches and centers, as well as to build specialized units to train workers in Iraqi organizations, in order to face future changes that occur in the environment, which are described as compatible to their services, by allocating budget items for support operations This is what many advanced companies that have allocated high budgets for research and development have pursued.
   Iraqi organizations must strive to maintain, maintain and renew all their capabilities to ensure that they remain a superior competitor in their sector, as well as to adapt and renew in an environment characterized by permanent change by employing organizational capabilities in their field of work in order to survive and compete
