Within the series of successful achievements of our university, led by the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, which contributed to the advancement of the infrastructure of our university represented today in the Hawija Technical Institute, we see her Excellency inaugurating with the participation of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, the Governor of Kirkuk, Representative Muhaimin Al-Hamdani and the Commander of Kirkuk Police And a number of security leaders, personalities and elites, and in the presence of the specialized supervisor of the program to support and restore stability to the affected areas, Mr. “Al-Faber Mickey”, several buildings in the Technical Institute / Hawija, which were rehabilitated by the United Nations Development Program in partnership with the Iraqi government and with funding from the German government.
