The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has launched the electronic application form for central admission to universities for the academic year 2023/2022.

The central admission controls in the public application channel or the martyrs’ families channel specified that the student be a graduate of the current year or Iraqi students who obtained an Iraqi preparatory certificate or its equivalent and were born in 1998 and later, while graduates of preparatory studies from the applied and biological branches must fill out fifty choices. The number of institutes in it is not less than ten, while graduates of the literary branch fill no less than twenty-five choices, and the number of institutes is not less than ten, while graduates of the arts branch are given ten choices, the number of institutes is not less than two options.

Students who are graduates of the first round and students covered by the second round will continue to be submitted to the central admission form through the studies, planning and follow-up portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) until 10/04/2022.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research renews its invitation to its students to check their choices and use the Student Guide (https://mohesr.gov.iq/…/ministry…/2022/09/Dalel2223.pdf) to know the details related to universities, colleges, departments and institutes Which they will submit to, confirming at the same time that the central admission is according to the choices proven in the electronic form, depending on the desire of the student and the competition.
