In light of the visit of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, to Al-Mustansiriya University, our Northern Technical University – represented by its president, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar – and Al-Mustansiriya University – represented by its president, Professor Dr. Hamid Fadel Al-Tamimi, signed a cooperation agreement – in the presence of the assistant president of our university For scientific affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud and several department directors at the university presidency. Commenting on the signing of the agreement, the president of the university said that the common desire between the administration of the two universities contributed to building an atmosphere of academic understanding, and established the scientific conviction of the importance of a legal framework that guarantees the construction and development of Clear paths for scientific, academic and technical work between the two universities for the interest and benefit of both parties and the interest of primary and postgraduate students and researchers and for the sake of communication and review between them to develop and develop horizons of cooperation and coordination to develop the capabilities of our university and its colleges and scientific departments through the exchange of information and expertise and building scientific specifications and standards that are consistent with solid standards Scientifically.
The two parties agreed to work jointly to achieve these standards and supervise their implementation, by preparing plans and programs to ensure that, which will open many theoretical and applied scientific fields that are commensurate with the requirements of the principles of university work.
