A master’s dissertation was discussed in the Technical College-Kirkuk, Northern Technical University on the effect of the magnetic field on the magnetic fluid in the double tube exchanger by the postgraduate student, Mr. Delair Ghareeb.
The dissertation delivered a theoretical and practical study on increasing the heat transfer of the Nano-fluid in the double tube heat exchanger via the magnetic field.
The study reviewed designing and implementing a model of a system that includes a heat exchanger and measuring and controlling devices to perform practical tests on three concentrations of Nano-fluid with the influence of three fields of magnetic force.
The study concluded that the heat transfer increases with the increase of both the Nano-fluid concentrations and the strength of the magnetic field.
