Our Northern Technical University, represented by the Retirement Division Officer at the University Presidency, participated in the periodic meeting of the Directorate of Retirement and the State Employees Pension Fund with the participation of the departments and divisions of retirement in government departments headed by the jurist, Rifaat His Highness Rasha Al-Qaidi, Assistant Governor of Nineveh for Administrative Affairs, in the presence of the acting director of Nineveh retirement – director of the State Employees Pension Fund Mr. Muhammad Ghazi Al-Mawla and the Director of the Social Security Department, Mr. Raad Mahmoud, and a number of the Fund’s employees, with the participation of officials of the accounts and retirement divisions in the government departments in the governorate.

During the meeting, they discussed the obstacles facing the progress of work when referring the employees of the departments to retirement and discussed the legal adaptation of the contractual service for employees as contracts and the procedures related to referring those covered by them to retirement or social security, as well as developing successful solutions to the obstacles facing the promotion of pension transactions for the employees of the departments and recommending the organization of work To expedite the completion of transactions, the meeting also dealt with the most important laws in force related to the mechanism of retirement work to facilitate procedures for employees referred to retirement.
