Depending on the basic principle that the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, is keen to establish its values ​​and meanings in order to advance the scientific and cultural level for the best of our country (Iraq), and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmood, the training course was launched From the Department of scholarships and Cultural Relations, and in cooperation with Arizona university ASU to develop skills in modern teaching fields, with the participation of a large number of more than 300 participants from various universities, government institutions and the community to include everyone who has the desire to develop their skills. The beginning of the course was a valuable introductory lecture delivered by the mediator of Arizona University, Mr. Haitham Amer Al-Shakrji, through the program (Zoom), in which he explained everything related to the course in terms of time, axes and exams.
