Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. (Mohammed Yawuz Noor El-Din), Dean of the Health and Medical Technical College / Kirkuk, and with the aim of spreading educational and cultural awareness among students and within the educational activities of the Department of Therapeutic Nutrition Techniques, the college organized an educational and orientation symposium entitled (Education In the face of extremism leading to terrorism) gave the lecture assistant teacher Istabraq Ali Hamid.

It was attended by the head of the department, the scientific assistant, and a number of associates and students.

The seminar aimed at:

Introducing the audience that the problem of extremism is one of the most dangerous problems facing societies in different countries of the world, and it is reflected on the social fabric of society and affects strongly and negatively on human, social and behavioral relations.
