Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision and presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoun Younes Thanon, the Student Activities Department organized a competition for reciting the Holy Quran for students of the university’s colleges and institutes, Nineveh website, with the participation of 21 students, and the results of the competition resulted According to the evaluation points for winning:

• Student Mustafa Ghanem Aziz / Mosul Technical Institute, Community Health Department, in the first place, equally with student Youssef Abdul Karim Najm / Mosul Technical Engineering College, and he comes after them according to the sequence:
• Asaad Shaker Mahmoud / College of Engineering, Mosul, second place
• Omar Alaa Sarhan / Technical College of Engineering / third place
• Abdul Rahman Qusay Abdullah/ Technical College of Engineering/ Mosul, fourth place
• Muhammad Khaled Mahmoud/ Technical College of Engineering/ Mosul, fifth place
• Muhammad Muayyad Fadel / Mosul Technical Institute, sixth place
• Taha Nazeer Najm / College of Engineering / Mosul, seventh place
