Northern Technical University hosts the closing ceremony of the Humanitarian Relief Foundation’s vocational training program

Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Scientific Affairs, the closing ceremony was held in the closed sports hall, which was organized by the university in cooperation with the Humanitarian Relief Foundation and the UNDP on the occasion of the end of the specialized vocational training program for 213 trainees from a segment of job seekers, in the field of construction, where 7 courses have been completed in this field, namely, electrical and sanitary installations, mold carpentry, construction worker, interior decoration, aluminum and plastic, and computer skills, which lasted for 33 working days.

Then the university president honored the lecturers of the courses from within our university, and the trainees and international organizations praised the effectiveness and scientificness of the program and the great interest of the university president on a daily basis.

In turn, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Al-Attar,  praised the distinguished role of the Continuing Education Center in organizing such courses for institutions supporting the Mosul civil society, thus our university ranked first among the universities of Nineveh Governorate in hosting such training courses that serve our conscious youth and develop their capabilities.
