The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, received today the Governor of Nineveh Lieutenant General Najm Al-Jubouri, in the presence of the vice president for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmood. During the meeting, they discussed many issues and matters that concern our university, and His Eminence renewed his great and unlimited support for our university at all levels, and he listened to the university’s plan to develop work in order to reach the ranks of international universities.
