Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Institute of Mosul, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdul-Wahab Abdul-Qader, the Department of Electronic Technologies organized a panel discussion by Mr. Waddah Abdul-Qader, entitled Doppler effect and its applications.

Aim of the seminar:

Explanation of its many engineering and physical uses in radars, radiology devices and medical devices, where they can measure the speed, distance and direction of a target, as well as measure the distance of the stars from the Earth.

The discussion was attended by a number of our institute’s employees.
