Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Institute / Kirkuk, the Technical Activities Unit / Student Activities Division at the Kirkuk Technical Institute organized the annual student cultural competition for students of the scientific departments at the Institute, where the Cultural Competition Committee formed headed by Dr. Laila Abdel Sattar Sadiq and members are:

With the preparation and organization of the competition curriculum with the participation of 16 scientific departments, the competition took place in a successful cultural and scientific atmosphere with the efforts of the committee and the liaison members of the activities unit with the scientific departments. The Department of Materials Management got the first place, the Nursing Department got the second place, and the Computer Systems Department got the third place.
