Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University. Under the supervision of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Electronic Technologies, organized an electronic workshop entitled “How to enter scientific research into the electronic performance evaluation system and knowing the type and classification of the magazine.” The lecture was delivered in the workshop:

1. Dr. Ali Najdat Nusrat / Head of the Department.
2. Assistant teacher Azhar Ahmed Abd / responsible for quality assurance and university performance.

The workshop dealt with:

1. An introduction to how to enter the research site.
2. Emphasis on the use of accuracy and caution in entering the correctness of the data in order not to be subjected to legal accountability by the Ministry.

The workshop aimed to:

• Addressing the obstacles that the user may face in entering the data of the type and classification of the magazine.
• Knowing the standard code and the degree given according to the classification of the journal.

The workshop came out with several recommendations, including:

1. Knowing the degree given to the research published in an international journal, the indexer, and within Clarvet containers with an impact factor of more than 2 and Scopus of more than 4.
2. Document everything related to the scientific activity of the teaching, such as seminars, courses, workshops, and committees.
