Kirkuk Technical Institute / organizes a scientific course entitled (Empowerment Management)

Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Marketing Management Techniques Department organized the tagged course (Empowerment Department)

Present at the session were:

  1. Assistant Professor Dr. Sawsan Ibrahim Ragab
  2. The teacher, Dr. Issam Salah El-Din Ali
  3. Assistant teacher Iyad Fadel Mohsen

The course dealt with:

  1. Individual self-empowerment and confidence are necessary for educational leadership.
  2. The concept of empowerment in educational organizations.
  3. Empowerment requirements for workers in educational organizations.

The session indicated:

What is meant by empowerment is the actual participation of employees in the management of educational organizations, making the necessary decisions, actual participation in solving the problems they face, and taking full responsibility, while updating work methods in a modern, technological and creative way.

The course aims to:

  1. Defining what empowerment is in general, and how it can be used to improve educational organizations, both individuals and organizations.
    1. How to improve their skills working in educational organizations.
    1. Keeping pace with the rapid development in educational organizations and employing the capabilities of their employees to keep pace with this development.

The session came out with several recommendations:

  1. In all areas of his life, a person needs to develop his skills and update his information, and there is no doubt that every development is higher empowerment for distinguished performance, and personal empowerment is in itself a development in the knowledge system, and the acquisition of new skills and knowledge, all of which are positively reflected in personal and professional life. This leads to high performance and success for the individual and the organization.
    1. Empowerment management gives a higher value to the individual and makes him feel the importance of his role in the organization, as well as the positive role he plays in the organization.
    1. Empowering workers in educational organizations that qualify them to take appropriate job decisions, each according to their position, and to assume higher responsibilities and tasks based on providing them with job experiences and skills and giving them confidence that the organization prepares them as future managers.
