Kirkuk Engineering Technical College organizes a large blood donation campaign in response to the call of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, to support our people in Al-Hamdaniya. This campaign was organized by the Student Activities Division, in cooperation with the Media and Government Communication Division at the Technical College of Engineering/Kirkuk.
