The Media and Public Relations Division organized a virtual symposium through the (Meet) application on (media and the challenges of the current stage)

The lecture was delivered at the symposium by Mr. Muthanna Salim Hammoud (Official of the Media and Public Relations Division), and the workshop was attended by a number of the institute’s employees and students

The seminar dealt with:

• The role of the media in all the circumstances that the region is going through.
• The vision and direction of the media in conveying the news.
• Explanation of how the news is written.

The seminar indicated:

• The need for the media to give special importance to spreading the values ​​of tolerance.
• The need for the media to be informative and informative for all categories of recipients, with their different cultures and orientations.

The symposium aimed:

Clarifying the development of the media through credibility and credibility comes from the method of conveying the event and accuracy in formulating the news in terms of using the word understood by the recipient.

The seminar came out with the following recommendations:

• The ability to represent different trends within the community.
• Community protection.
• Providing information to the public.
• Contribute to achieving social unity.
