Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Omar Khalil Ahmed, Dean of the Institute, the Office Management Techniques Department organized a course on (constitutional protection of rights and public freedoms) and delivered the lecture in the course:

• Dr. Raad Hamza Awwad

It was attended by a number of the institute’s employees

The session dealt with a statement of the constitutional rules that aim to protect public freedoms and the means to ensure this protection.

The session showed the most important rights and freedoms guaranteed under the constitution and how to protect them through the judiciary.

The course aimed to raise awareness of the fact that the constitution is the real guarantor of rights, and that they may not be violated in any way.

The session came out with several recommendations, namely the necessity of holding seminars, workshops, and courses that spread legal culture among citizens so that they are aware of their constitutional rights and direct them to judicial methods that ensure the protection of these rights.
