Under the patronage of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute and the patronage of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Legal Administration Techniques Department at the Institute organized an electronic course entitled “Electronic Judicial Reporting” delivered by Mr. Ahmed Mamoon Ahmed, and several university employees participated in it. The course aimed to introduce electronic judicial notification and its most important justifications.
The session dealt with the following topics:
The first axis: the means used in the electronic judicial notification.
The second axis: the difficulties facing electronic judicial notification
The session indicated:
1- The necessity of adopting modern means of communication in conducting judicial notifications, by explicitly stipulating the use of these means in conducting judicial notifications and giving them the necessary legal authority to invoke them.
2- The necessary infrastructure should be prepared to benefit from modern means of communication in the judiciary in general and judicial notifications in particular.
3- The necessity of making use of and approving the databases available at state institutions to reach the person to be notified.
4- An appeal to the Supreme Judicial Council for the necessity of training judges and their assistants on the use of electronic means in judicial work
