2023-10-17A technical master’s thesis at the Northern Technical University discusses “the accumulation of knowledge among administrative leaders and its implications for adopting human resources management practices.”
I studied the technical master’s thesis in the field of business administration techniques at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul, tagged (Knowledge Accumulation among Administrative Leaders and its Implications for Adopting Human Resources Management Practices / An Analytical Diagnostic Study at the Northern Technical University and its formations in Nineveh Governorate).
The thesis submitted by the student (Abdul Hassan Hawas) aimed to explain the relationship and influence of knowledge accumulation represented by its dimensions (data analysis, continuous improvement, knowledge absorption, knowledge sharing, and knowledge integration) as an independent variable on the adoption of human resources management practices with its dimensions represented by (human resources planning). , recruitment, training and development, compensation, incentives, and performance evaluation) as a dependent variable at the Northern Technical University and its formations in Nineveh Governorate.
Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Walid Ahmed Suleiman, the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Najm Sheet, and the Head of the Department of Business Administration Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Assi Hussein. Several faculty members, college staff, and postgraduate students.
The results showed that there is a significant correlation between knowledge accumulation and human resource management practices, in addition to the presence of a significant effect of knowledge accumulation on human resource management practices. The individuals studied possess knowledge accumulation, through which they can employ in adopting human resource management practices.
The study concluded by presenting several necessary proposals for organizations in general and the researched organization in particular.
