Luay Manna Ibrahim, Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies at the Institute, with a research team from Tikrit and Al-Nahrain Universities, obtained their tagged research (designing molecular primers to investigate virulence genes in the bacteria Morganella morganii, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, O. ).
The study included, for the first time at the level of Iraqi universities, the design of specialized primers for the virulence genes of some bacterial species, the design of primers for the uncommon bacteria, and the validation of the results by matching through Sequences.
