A delegation from Northern Technical University visited the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports, and Residency in Nineveh.

In line with the vision of Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, to strengthen cooperation with governmental and service institutions, a delegation from the Continuing Education Center at the University visited the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports, and Residency in Nineveh Governorate.

The delegation was received by Brigadier Legal Officer Hakam Dahham Al-Habbo, Director of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports, and Residency / Nineveh. During the meeting, both sides discussed mechanisms for joint cooperation aimed at developing, qualifying, and building the capacities of technical, administrative, and professional staff through specialized training programs delivered by the Continuing Education Center at Northern Technical University.

Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening the partnership between Northern Technical University and state institutions in Nineveh—particularly the Directorate of Civil Status and Residency—due to its significant role in enhancing institutional capacities, supporting development efforts, and serving the community.
