With great pride and affection, the President of the Northern Technical University—and, in her capacity as Acting Dean of the Engineering Technical College / Mosul, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar—participated in the graduation celebration of the college’s students on Monday, April 27, 2026. She was accompanied by the University Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Assistant Deans, and the Heads of the Scientific Departments.
