Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref, Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Women Empowerment Committee held a course on “The Art of Cooking Healthy Food and How to Calculate Calories” in which he delivered the lecture:

1. Mr. Saman Ali Ehsan.
2. Mrs. Zainab Abdel Amir Hassan.

The course dealt with the following:

How to use two equations to get the calories for the average body and cook the healthy foods the body needs.

The session indicated:

The importance of knowing the value of healthy foods to the human body, the calories it needs, the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins.

The course aims:

1. Humans need to exercise on a daily basis.
2. Stick to a healthy diet schedule.
3. Knowledge of spending and calculating calories 4-Benefiting from the value of proteins, carbohydrates, and vitamins that the body needs.

The course concluded:

1. Knowing how to cook healthy food.
   1. Knowing the use of an equation by which you can find out what the body needs in terms of energy.
