A technical master’s thesis specializing in business management techniques was discussed at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul (the role of information and communication technology in achieving career maturity / an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of Nineveh Governorate office employees)

The thesis submitted by the student (Alaa Abdullah Mustafa Muhammad) aimed at defining the role of information and communication technology in achieving job maturity in the Nineveh Governorate Court, which reflects the treatment of a research problem that states: “Is the achievement of job maturity in the researched organization dependent on its dimensions expressive of information technology?” And communications in the Nineveh Governorate Office.

Part of the discussion was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Walid Ahmed Suleiman, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and students, the teacher Dr. Ahmed Najm Shit Al-Shalawi, the heads of the scientific departments and a number of faculty members and faculty members and postgraduate students.

The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: the presence of a significant effect of the dimensions of information and communication technology combined on the dimensions of career maturity combined, and this indicates that whenever the dimensions of information and communication technology are available, this contributes to enhancing the career maturity of employees working in the researched organization, and the study concluded by providing several recommendations necessary for organizations general and the researched ones in particular, with regard to the study variables.
