The technical master’s thesis at the Northern Technical University discusses strategic intelligence and its implications for the future directions of business organizations

Administrative Technical College / Mosul discusses a technical master’s thesis specializing in business management techniques tagged “strategic intelligence and its implications for the future directions of business organizations: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the Northern Technical University and its formations.”
The thesis submitted by the student (Ali Mahmoud Ali Abdullah) aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of strategic intelligence and the components of future directions at the level of the organizations surveyed, as well as its serious endeavor to indicate the relationships and influence between strategic intelligence through its dimensions represented by (foreseeing, systems thinking, vision strategy, partnership, employee motivation) and future directions represented by (the motivational component, the cognitive component, and the behavioral component).
Part of the discussion was attended by Mr. Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, Mr. Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Najm Sheet Al-Shilawi, Mr. Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Walid Ahmed Suleiman Al-Jarjari, Heads of Scientific Departments, and several faculty, faculty members and students. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are:
The existence of a positive significant correlation between strategic intelligence and future directions at the macro level of the surveyed organizations indicates that these leaders were able to employ their ability to foresee and systems thinking toward building a sound strategic vision of the future of the organization will be like.
The study concluded its endeavor with several proposals, most notably:
The need to work on enhancing the investment of the strategic intelligence capabilities available to the leaders of the surveyed organizations, in a way that indicates their distinction and at the same time gives them a degree of precedence in the competitive field.
