Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref, Dean of the Institute, the Reconstruction Division, in cooperation with Supreme veritas company, organized a workshop on the quality of laboratory equipment.

Educational laboratories, training workshops, and ISO certificates in educational institutions an important and basic role in the education process. The workshop touched on presenting some procedures for ISO certificates and what are the standards for them.

The workshop came out with several recommendations, the most important of which is a reference to the importance of the role of educational institutions in following up the quality of laboratories in international quality classifications, especially since the technical university outputs are the main inputs that lead the education movement and its quality, which is the basis for its classifications, and most societies and developed countries are working to activate the role of technical universities Which classifies its laboratories in achieving the international quality objectives of laboratories.
