Northern Technical University 3×3 basketball team has advanced to the Round of 16 in the Iraqi Universities Championship, following an outstanding performance that saw the team secure five victories against a single defeat.
The championship was held under the patronage of the Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Helo Al-Askari, and under the supervision of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority. The event was organized by the Student Activities Department in Baghdad and hosted by Ashur University.
In line with the directives of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the university’s team participated in the championship, demonstrating a high level of skill and competitiveness.
This achievement underscores Northern Technical University’s strong presence in university-level sporting events and reflects the team’s determination to continue achieving positive results in future competitions.
