Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Maha Al-Taif Jassim, Dean of the Institute, the Department of Mechanical Technology, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Guidance and Guidance Unit at the Institute, organized a workshop on preserving the university environment and adhering to the uniform, in which the teacher Asmaa Moneim Abdullah, Head of the Department above, attended. The target group are the students of the second stage of the department.
The workshop aimed to:
1- The importance of inculcating moral and social principles and values ​​and ideals in the hearts of students and adherence to university norms and campus ethics, represented by scientific competition among students and avoiding cases of cheating.
2- Commitment to daily work, attending lectures and entering classrooms before teaching, and mutual respect between the elements of the educational system, the concept of fellowship and its limits, as well as the importance of adhering to the uniform.
The workshop indicated:
The necessity of adhering to the instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry and developing the morals and values ​​of citizenship among students to build an integrated personality and to stay away from condemned behaviors such as moral decay and smoking.
Envisioning students, educating them and helping them to deal with pressures. Guidance and awareness meetings, thus achieving psychological and social harmony, helping to achieve self-realization, and creating an educational environment that pays for outstanding work and success in it.
