Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Institute, the role, the Department of Legal Management Techniques, one of the Institute’s departments, organized a symposium titled (Professional Behavior) in March, which was presented by Mrs. Hind Amer Ahmed and attended by a number of the Institute’s employees. The symposium dealt with the following topics:

1. The first axis: understanding the nature of the individual.
2. The second axis is the study of individual behavior.
3. The third axis: Knowing the individual’s needs and goals.

The aim of the symposium

1. Adhere to the correct principles to avoid getting into trouble.
2. Helping people to solve physical and psychological problems and deepen their relationships, thus ensuring a better human environment.
3. Bearing burdens and hardships, and feeling happy and satisfied when providing services.
4. Take advantage of them to provide the requirements of the profession.

The symposium indicated that the professions are characterized by being a technical and ethical practice that aims to provide human services so that the owner adheres to its lofty principles and traditions and imposes on him behavioral practices consistent with its ideals.
