The workshop addressed the concept of sustainable development in everyday life, emphasizing that starting with simple and conscious steps can have a significant impact on improving public health, enhancing environmental quality, and supporting the future of coming generations. This can be achieved through practical practices such as reducing waste, using renewable energy, and supporting local communities, thereby achieving a balance between present needs and the future requirements of the planet.

The workshop aimed to highlight the role of sustainable development in combating climate change, reducing pollution, conserving natural resources, and protecting wildlife, in addition to achieving cost savings through the efficient use of resources and the adoption of sustainable business practices.

The workshop also demonstrated the environmental and economic benefits of sustainable development, including reducing pollution, conserving natural resources, creating green jobs, attracting investments, and supporting innovative and sustainable ideas.

The workshop concluded that achieving sustainable development requires an integrated alignment between economic growth, social justice, and environmental protection, through clear policies, effective financing, appropriate technologies, and societal behavioral changes, along with adopting measurable goals and sound governance that link local efforts to the global sustainable development goals.
