In appreciation of the efforts made by a group of deans of the university’s faculties and institutes in a year of hard and fruitful work through their active role in creating many departments in their formations, the President of the Northern Technical University honored Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar during the first session of the University Council for the academic year 2022-2023 Several deans of the university formations wrote a letter of thanks and appreciation, and they are:

• Mr. Dean of the Nineveh Technical Institute
• Dean of the Engineering Technical College / Mosul
• Dean of the Administrative Technical College / Mosul
• Dean of Al-Door Technical Institute
