considering the upcoming start of the new academic year and to ensure the successful operation of our educational institution, the President of NTU, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, held an extraordinary meeting in the presence of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Rafee Mahmood, and the Director of the Student Affairs Department, Mr. Karam Hashim Mohammed. The meeting was attended by deans and vice deans for student affairs from the university’s faculties and institutes. During the meeting, several important matters were discussed, including:
1. Transfer and accommodation requests for students of the faculties and institutes, according to the capacity and applicable regulations and instructions.
2. Students subject to academic probation.
