The President of the Northern Technical University attends part of the discussion of the technical master’s thesis at the Administrative Technical College, which discusses the contributions of psychological capital in guiding the career path

In support of her honor to graduate students and members of our university, the president of our university, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, attended the discussion of the master’s thesis at the Administrative Technical College, specializing in business management techniques tagged (contributions of psychological capital in guiding the career path / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Directorate of Nineveh Education )

The thesis submitted by the student (Hanan Ahmed Sheikho Faris) aimed to identify the extent to which workers in the Nineveh Education Directorate possess psychological capital, expressed in its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, flexibility), and the extent of its contribution to directing the career path of workers represented by (planning Career path, career path management, career path development) that face the respondents in the field of work when practicing their activities.

Part of the course of the discussion was also attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the heads of departments, a number of faculty members, faculty members and graduate students.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the results of the statistical analysis showed a significant effect of the dimensions of psychological capital combined in the dimensions of the career path combined, and this means that the more the field in question has a career path, the more this contributes to enhancing the value of human resources and trying to create a positive interaction with them, which qualifies them to make a head Psychological money.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the necessity of cooperating with educational and academic organizations in developing the career path of employees and spreading its concept because it is still a concept that needs to clarify its importance in work and ways of developing and developing it.
