The President of the Northern Technical University attends part of the discussion of the master’s thesis at the Northern Technical University, which discusses “the well-being of the leader and its implications for the diversity of behavioral responses among employees.”

In the interest of her Excellency to follow up on graduate students, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, attended the discussion of the technical master’s thesis specializing in Business Administration Techniques tagged “Leader’s Well-being and its Repercussions on Diversity Behavioral responses of employees: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of the staffing in the General Directorate for the Education of Nineveh Governorate”

The thesis presented by the student Ammar Ali Salem aimed at explaining the repercussions of the leader’s well-being through its dimensions of “happiness at work, positive feelings towards work, physical health, perceived social value, and life satisfaction” on the diversity of behavioral responses among workers as a dependent variable.

Part of the course of the discussion was also attended by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoun Younes Thanon, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, Dean of the College, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Scientific Affairs, heads of departments, and a number of my teachers and employees College and graduate students.

The study presented a set of conclusions, most notably: the emergence of clear effects of the leader’s well-being on the diversity of behavioral responses among workers at the level of the organization in question. Explain the highest percentage in the diversity of behavioral responses among workers compared to other dimensions.

The study concluded its endeavor with several proposals, the most prominent of which were: Work to set actual precedence for the dimensions of the leader’s welfare and to show their repercussions on the diversity of behavioral responses among workers.

 The discussion committee consisted of:-
