The President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Attar, signed the Electronic Collection Agreement as part of the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to deploy and utilize POS devices, in the presence of Mr. Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Zainun Younis Zainun, and Mr. Director of the Internal Audit Department, Mr. Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and Mr. Deputy Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.
