In light of the visit of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar to the University of Kirkuk, and on the sidelines of the Second International Scientific Conference on Renewable Energy, the university, represented by its president, Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the University of Kirkuk, represented by its president, Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, signed a joint cooperation agreement, in the presence of The President of Al-Karkh University of Science, the President of Al-Hamdania University, the Assistant President of our University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Omar Rafea Mahmoud, and a number of department directors at the University Presidency. Commenting on the signing of the agreement, the President of the University said that the common desire between the administration of the two universities contributed to building an atmosphere of understanding.
