In an effort to expand the knowledge base and benefit from scientific expertise with various solid Iraqi scientific bodies, cooperation, and scientific partnership agreement were concluded between our Northern Technical University and the Karkh University of Science, in order to expand the frameworks of scientific, university, and knowledge cooperation and benefit from scientific expertise between the two parties. After scientific, academic, and technical consultations between the two parties, the signing ceremony of the scientific cooperation agreement between the two universities took place at the headquarters of the University of Kirkuk on the sidelines of the second international scientific conference organized by our university in the province of Kirkuk. A joint in which the scientific efforts of both parties join forces to exchange scientific and educational experiences and develop human capabilities, which effectively contributes to organizing the rules of mutual understanding and scientific cooperation between the two universities in order to benefit from the scientific expertise of both parties in the fields of research and development for programs, academic curricula, and courses between the faculties and departments of the two universities. The President of the University presented the President of Karkh University with the university shield and an appreciation gift on this occasion.
