Mrs. President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, inaugurated the festival in the presence of the French Consul General, the Scientific and Academic Cooperation Attaché at the French Embassy, and the Director of Sinbilah Mosul Company for Food Industries and General Trade, the sole sponsor of the first festival of the Northern Technical University for visual arts, handicrafts, and local products. The number of participants on the first day of the festival reached 350 participants with 150 artworks covering various topics. The festival will continue until next Thursday.
