Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Central Library Department at the Presidency of the University held a course entitled (Review of the services of the Central Library of the Technical University “Reference Service for the Beneficiary’s Convenience as a Model”, in which were attended by:

• Mrs. Hanin Muhammad Hamid/ Diploma in Information and Libraries/ Central Library Department
• Mrs. Israa Amer Mayouf / Information and Libraries Diploma / Central Library Department

The course aimed at:

1. Clarify the objectives of the digital university service.
2. Introducing librarians to this service and its importance.
3. Determining who can use that service.
4. Uploading messages and theses to the cloud.
5. Determining whether there are specific types of questions that the organization will or will not answer.
