In order to enhance the frameworks of joint cooperation between our university and the public and private universities in our dear country, and out of activating the concluded joint cooperation mechanism, and in the interest of its sovereignty to exchange scientific and research experiences and advance our university and at all levels, the President of the Northern Technical University received Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar and in the presence of the assistant president of our administrative university The scientific Prof. Dr. Thanoun Younis Thanoun, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud Al-Sada, the Assistant President of the Central Technical University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Farid Majid Abdel-Attar, and the Assistant to the President of the Central Technical University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Wadah Amer Hatem Yahya, and one of the founders of Al-Noor College, Dr. Bashar Mahmoud.

During the meeting, the dialogue was exchanged on activating frameworks of joint cooperation in accordance with previously concluded agreements, holding conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops, and exchanging experiences at all levels.
