Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, a number of deans of the university’s faculties and institutes, and the directors of the departments of the University Presidency, the activities of the Fourth International Scientific Conference for Advanced Sciences and Engineering were launched today and on the conference hall in The University of Zakho, the conference was attended by a number of heads of Iraqi universities, who are (Central Technical University, Wasit University, Al-Karkh University of Science, Al-Hamdaniya University), and from the universities of the region, the President of Nowruz University, the Adviser to the Minister of Higher Education in the Kurdistan Region, and the representative of the President of the University of the Middle Euphrates Technology and a number of important personalities in the province of Dohuk, the number of research reached more than seventy papers to be published, and Zakho magazine IEEE, AIP
