The workshop dealt with the use of the vocabulary of the language of Dhad in the improvement of written texts.

Workshop topics:

1. Defining the language.
2. The importance of learning the Arabic language.
3. The basic rules of the Arabic language.
4. Definition of reading.
5. Characteristics of administrative correspondence.
6. The importance of administrative papers (official books).
7. The main parts of the administrative editor.
8. Administrative editor writing skills.
9. Common grammatical and spelling errors.

The workshop aimed to:

1. How to improve and draft administrative papers.
   1. How to write the hamza.
   1. How to differentiate between “Al-Zaa’” and “Al-Dad”?
   1. Numbers and their distinction in the Arabic language.

The workshop concluded the following points:

It is easy to improve administrative correspondence by increasing access to the authentic Arab heritage from the treasures of cultural books.
