The Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute visits the Kirkuk Governorate building and meets with members of the Provincial Council
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar (President of the Northern Technical University), Assistant Professor Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref (Dean of the Institute) visited the Kirkuk Governorate building and met with the members of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, the two parties discussed ways of administrative, technical and engineering support for the Kirkuk Technical Institute and their readiness to cooperate fully to hold scientific seminars and specialized training workshops organized by our institute for all government institutions in Kirkuk
