The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, presided over the fifth session of the University Council for the current academic year for the morning and evening studies, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. All in the council hall of the Engineering Technical College in Kirkuk on the sidelines of its opening. Her Excellency started the session by welcoming everyone. The session started by discussing several issues, including:
1- Handling student cases.
2- Student Information Management Program (SIS).
3- The problems and obstacles facing the work of formations in the course system.
4- Admission plan in scientific departments.
5- Preparations for performing the exams of the first semester of preliminary studies
6- Creating several new departments
