The Northern Technical University organizes a scientific symposium entitled
(The Concept of Moral Values in Educational Institutions and Higher Education)
under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref. The Department of Electrical Technologies at the Kirkuk Technical Institute organized a scientific symposium entitled (The Concept of Moral Values in Educational Institutions and Higher Education) Lecturer at the symposium: Dr. Farouk Abbas Noureddine The symposium dealt with: Defining the concept of moral values and professional ethics in language, terminology and Islam. The legality of professional ethics. Characteristics of professional ethics in Islam. Professional ethics in Islam are of two types: they are praiseworthy and blameworthy and in detail. One of the most prominent positive moral values that must be developed in all individuals is a set of points. Objectives of the symposium: – The study seeks to achieve a very important goal, which is to demonstrate the impact of the concept of moral values in educational institutions and higher education:
1- Encouraging the relationship with colleagues within the institution, and to be tolerant and mutual respect between him and them.
2- Participate in university life positively.
3- Exchanging experiences with professors, especially those who hold a similar specialization.
4- Accept constructive criticism from colleagues of the profession, and go to them whenever necessary.
5- Assisting colleagues in all matters of teaching and learning.
6- Teachers and technicians should deal with students on the basis of justice and equality in theoretical and practical tests and projects
