Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Administrative Technical College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Department of Electronic Management Techniques organized a panel discussion entitled (Transitions from Management to Public Relations).

The lecturer in the discussion was the Assistant Professor Dr. Nibal Yonis Mohammed, Head of the Department of Electronic Management Technologies, he explained that public relations constitute the main entrance to approving cases of transformation from management; because it reflects the art of influencing others, while the action that it transcends is compared to administrative activities, as administrative activities exercise their role in specific formal contexts, while we find that public relations are characterized by their extent and empowerment in the depths and in the self. In support and embodiment of consolidating the bonds of cohesion and building relations in a positive sense, that is, the action of relations may outweigh the action of the administrations.
