The branch aims to graduate technical personnel qualified to operate water purification and treatment projects, conduct periodic checks on raw and filtered water, and the ability to extend and connect pipes to water distribution networks and wastewater collection systems.
The graduate is qualified to do the following:
1- Determining the amount of chemicals added for purification and sterilization purposes, and following-up and checking the ratios of the concentrations of substances in the water during the treatment stages.
2- Conducting periodic checks on raw and filtered water.
3- Has knowledge of machinery and equipment parts used in project parts and pumping stations.
4- Laying and connecting pipes to water distribution networks and wastewater collection systems, as well as water and sanitary installations for buildings.
