With the students at the graduation ceremony in Kirkuk and Salah al-Din, the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar – in the presence of the University Council – inaugurated the university stadium at Kirkuk in its re-form after its rehabilitation. The ceremony included 5,000 male and female graduates in all specializations.
